Getting Started
To register a new AURA AC Unit, please have the product Information in hand, the serial Number, The Model Number, and log into your AURA account.

Create account or log in to existing one.
To register your AURA product, please create a new account or log in to your existing one.

Register Your Product
Once you Login to your account, click the Service & Support at the top Menu. Then click [Product Registration].

SUBMIT
Fill in your product information, such as serial number and purchase date (Fields with * are required). After filling in all the information, click [SUBMIT].
